1. Service Description

BOE Generator is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application that enables users to generate professionally formatted PDF documents, including Bills of Exchange, Surety Bonds, and Promissory Notes. The service provides document generation tools, secure cloud storage, and account management features.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BOE Generator only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Generate documents for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Misrepresent the nature, authority, or validity of any document generated by this service.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or entity.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical safeguards.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without prior written consent.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide and the documents you generate using this service.

• BOE Generator provides document formatting tools only. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any document you generate complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the proper use, presentment, and handling of any generated document.
• We recommend consulting with a qualified legal or financial professional before using any generated document in a commercial or legal context.

5. Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

• Free accounts receive a limited number of document generations (currently 1 Bill of Exchange, 1 Surety Bond, and 1 Promissory Note, lifetime total).
• Free tier limits may change at our discretion.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
• Subscription charges will appear on your statement as "WEBMAX LABS" or "WEBMAX LABS LLC".
• Monthly usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
• Unused document generations do not carry over between billing periods.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Existing saved documents remain accessible.

6. Document Storage and Retention

• Generated documents are stored securely and are accessible only to you.
• Unsaved documents expire and are automatically deleted 30 days after creation.
• Saved documents are retained until you manually delete them or your account is removed.
• Upon account deletion, all documents and associated data are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

7. Intellectual Property

• The BOE Generator service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Webmax Labs LLC.
• Documents you generate using the service are yours. We claim no ownership over the content you create.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account.
